Orders ship from St Adolphe, Manitoba.  Once you place your order, it will be packed & ready to ship in 1-3 business days.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund minus the shipping. In order to process a return, all products need to be in the same condition that you received them in with all tags still attached.

Returns need to be initiated within 30 days of the day you received the order. 

To begin the process of a return send an email to customerservice@colibricanada.com with your order number and reason for the return. We do not offer free shipping, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs to return the item(s) to us for a refund.

Our items are carefully inspected before packaging, but in the event that a manufacturer’s defect is missed, we will issue a full refund and cover the return shipping cost!
